Note: Any human individual/organization has the right to establish a branch of "Human Pioneers News Agency" at any time and place, including but not limited to: cloning the organizational structure of "Human Pioneers News Agency." Local branches may establish new "Human Pioneers News Agency" branches at any time without any form of negotiation (including notification) with the local "Human Pioneers News Agency." Each local agency need only comply with the laws of the host country and bear relevant responsibilities.
