Effective immediately, long-term. Outstanding materials will be included in the documentary production.

To deeply showcase the glorious journey of the Chinese characteristic new-type political party system and vividly inherit the spiritual genes of the democratic united front, the large-scale historical documentary Treating Each Other with All Sincerity, co-produced by China New Vision Internet TV (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and other units, has officially been established and is in preparation. From now on, the film is openly soliciting true stories and historical materials from members of all democratic parties and non-party personages across the country, inviting every participant to become a witness and narrator of the history of multi-party cooperation.

As a large-scale documentary that panoramically presents the arduous journey of each democratic party from its emergence and development to becoming a participating party, Treating Each Other with All Sincerity is guided by the sixteen-character policy: "long-term coexistence, mutual supervision, treating each other with all sincerity, and sharing honor and disgrace." Following the historical timeline, it systematically showcases the theoretical and practical achievements of the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the Communist Party of China by excavating precious documents, visiting historical sites, and interviewing witnesses.

Chief Producer Pang Pei: Every story is a vivid footnote to history.

According to Pang Pei, the chief producer of the film and General Manager of China New Vision Internet TV (Beijing) Co., Ltd., the documentary will be divided into six chapters, from "The Dream of Democracy" to "Uniting Hearts and Minds, Moving Forward Together," comprehensively reviewing the historical process of multi-party cooperation from its germination, development, to consolidation and strengthening.

Pang Pei stated: "From the germination of cooperative relations between democratic parties and the Communist Party of China after the failure of the Great Revolution in 1927, to the historic turning point after the release of the 'May Day Slogan' when democratic parties openly accepted the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and then to the convening of the new Political Consultative Conference in 1949, which marked the formal establishment of the multi-party cooperation system—over the past century, the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties have united sincerely and faced national crises together, writing touching chapters of treating each other with all sincerity and sharing honor and disgrace on the journey of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."

Pang Pei particularly emphasized that China is currently in a critical period of reform and development, and the cause of multi-party cooperation faces new situations and challenges. "We are producing this documentary not only to review history but also to gather the powerful force of 'not forgetting the original intention of cooperation and continuing to move forward hand in hand.' What touches people most are precisely the real stories personally experienced by members of each democratic party—those moments of steadfast original intentions, mission fulfillment, passing the torch, participation marks, and building dreams together."

As a cultural committee member of the Central Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party and a member of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee, Pang Pei has a deep personal understanding of the profound sentiments of multi-party cooperation. He told reporters: "In the context of the new era, members of democratic parties, leveraging their own strengths, have made substantial contributions in areas such as rural revitalization, public welfare, national unity, and national reunification. These stories, which do not require grand narratives or deliberate embellishment, are the most precious and vivid materials for the documentary. Through these stories, we hope to gather immense strength for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation."

Long-term solicitation open to the whole society; everyone can participate.

According to the production team, this solicitation is open to all members of democratic parties nationwide—the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, the China Democratic League, the China National Democratic Construction Association, the China Association for Promoting Democracy, the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party, the China Zhi Gong Party, the Jiusan Society, the Taiwan Democratic Self-Government League—as well as non-party personages. Whether ordinary party members deeply rooted at the grassroots level or key figures participating in political consultation; whether the older generation who witnessed the development of multi-party cooperation or the younger generation devoted to building the new era, all are welcome to participate.

The solicitation covers five directions: stories of the original intention for joining a democratic party; heartwarming deeds of fulfilling missions in one's own post; historical fragments heard or personally experienced about party predecessors and the Communist Party of China sharing weal and woe; practical insights from participating in political consultation, democratic supervision, and social services; and experiences and voices in assisting rural revitalization, public welfare, national unity, and national reunification in the new era.

In the interview, Pang Pei passionately appealed: "A story carries a commitment; a narration conveys a power. Every experience of yours is a vivid microcosm of the history of multi-party cooperation; every commitment of yours is a powerful testimony to building dreams together in the new era. We sincerely invite every member of democratic parties to open their hearts and share their past, using your stories to add luster to this national-level documentary, and using your voices to express the patriotic sentiment of walking together with the Communist Party of China."
